Below is a summary of our main criteria for grading:

Requirements common to all categories of classification:

The general layout of the property must be in good condition (walls, ceilings, floors and walls). The ventilation and lighting of rooms must be sufficient. An opaque outer masking must exist (shutters, etc..) or internal (curtains, etc.). The acoustic environment must be done in accordance to the standards. Furniture and storage units must be in good condition and in sufficient numbers. The kitchen must have a minimum of 2 griddles, oven or micron wave, refrigerator, and  full dishes elements in good condition as well as ventilation elements. The apartment must be free from wall to wall carpeting and no plastic tables or chairs are accepted. TV must be also installed.

1 pillow: Older style, often un-renovated, but clean and in good condition; furniture may be ageing and not of a consistent style

2 pillows: Apartment with simple, modern furnishing and harmonious (material and colors) that have benefit of a recent renovation (Walls / Floors / Ceilings / Furniture / household appliance.)

3 pillows: Completely renovated apartment with good quality and new furniture. Good quality Equipment (Dish Washer, vitro induction or ceramic stove). Heat and phonic insulation advise. If the paneling is original, it must have been renovated.

4 pillows: Apartment in accordance with the 3 pillows requirements but characterized by high standard luxurious facilities: New furniture’s and decorations of high quality. Building materials of high quality (granite, marble, etc ...). No bedding in the living room and each bedroom must have his private bathroom.

5 pillows: Classification reserved to luxurious chalets of high standing.
