How to get the advantages ?
1.Get your apartment rated in “Label Confort Tignes” by our service

- At our office the “Espace Proprietaires” situated at the ground floor of "La Maison de Tignes le Lac". Together we will rated your apartment following the "Label Confort Tignes classification" (see "Label Confort") .
FROM NOW ON YOU ARE A TIGNES AMBASSADOR AND YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR AMBASSADOR CARD.
2. Maximise the occupation of your apartment during the year (from the 1st of october untill the 30st of September of every year)
- Whether the apartment is occupied by you, family, friends or tenant, any occupation is counted.
To confirm each occupied week, you have to provide 1 evidence per week (ski-pass receipt, parking tickets, rental contract, agency recap...)
