You wish to renovate completely your apartment?
Ask for a grant to renovate your apartment!
Grants
200€ per m² for the first 20m² and then 100€ for the following renovated m².
The grant will be paid at the end of the renovation by the commune of Tignes or the STGM after checkout and respect of the renovation specifications and after fulfil the conditions of a 3 pillow's Label Comfort Tignes classification.
For example, for an apartment with 30 m²:
- The renovated floor area is: 30 m²
- The amount of the grant will be: 20 m² x 200€ + 10 m² x 100€ = 5000€
The works
Who carries out the work?
There are two possibilities :
- Formula 1: you do the work by yourself
- Formula 2: the works will be done by an artisan or company of your choice
What are the steps to benefit of a grant?
1. Contact the Property owners Service from Tignes Development
2. Visit of your apartment (without commitment)
3. Sign the contract
4. Carry out the work (following the 2 possibilities)
5. Delivery of the work before the November
6. Visit of your apartment
7. Payment of your grant
